More specifically, limiting the unconstitutional overreach of the executive branch of the federal govt. All a favorable ruling does is force congress to do their (legislative branch) job, by legislating proper laws, in accordance with the constitution.
The constitution does not say, nor imply that the executive branch has any authority to create laws. Nor does it state that the executive branch can make a law, and then invent a loophole in the constitution by naming such a law a "regulation."
Most (all?) Federal agency regulations are in essence laws that were not directly created by congress, and therefore unconstitutional. Also, the constitution does not give congress any sort of power to transfer its law making authority to any other entity, such as the EPA in this case, nor any other branch of government.
Keep in mind that organisations such as the EPA might restrict ACTUAL clean energy tech (Tesla towers, etc) in favour of expensive and ineffective solar and wind power.
Could be a very bright (and cheap!) future without these federal agencies.
My theory about the simplest clean energy tech, not relying on tesla towers or fusion or some other futuristic tech is Hydrogen. What if there was a catalyst that could split water without using more energy than it yields back? We could fill our cars with water... boom!!!
Absolutely. But EPA does not do that. It weaponises regulatory powers to force people to do what they want. Like destroying mum and pop farmers by forcing them to cull their livestock, and much much more.
The point is, we dont need one size fits all where it concerns environment. Thats too much power to abuse.
If, say, one state is notorious for their pollution, then people will move out to other states where they do a better job. Or in a world without corrupt courts, you could easily sue companies that do pulltion. In fact thats the right way to deal with this, ensure those who are irresponsible pay the price for that, and automatically they will behave better.
I have absolutely no concern that getting rid of EPA will somehow convert American cities into new Dehli or Jakarta
Our Father in Heaven, thank you for everything you have done for us and all the wins you have given us. Please give the courage to everyone involved to make the constitutional ruling in West Virginia v EPA and deliver a final blow to all the puppers of the Cabal who masquerade as 3 letter agencies and terrorise people in the US and around the world for their evil gains.
I was gonna post a realistic scenario based on previous rulings of what the most likely ruling could be, but I don't want to give anyone ideas, or give power to that line of thought.
Remember that Truth and Christ are represented by the Unchanging Rock.
It was a rock that the righteous Small boy David (who became KING) used to slay the giant Goliath and it'll be the True and righteous ruling of a free-from-threats and puppeteers supreme court to defeat the Goliath that is the corrupt federal agencies.
This could be huge as far as limiting the power of the federal government. Praying for a positive outcome.
It could be much bigger than Roe v Wade
Hmmmm...Breyer retires tomorrow after decision, I wonder what way he swings???
I feel like he'll swing right.
9-0
Muhahahaha
Come on...
Strike the heart of the beast
I am not sure if it would be amazing if he swung right on the last day, or if it turns out his replacement is actually secretly right leaning ....
I'm somewhat confident in a positive outcome. The timing of all of these decisions seems like part of a plan.

Aluminium?
Every regulatory agency's job is to create hurdles for real companies doing good work and make it easy for their buddies to create monopolies.
This is HOW New Delhi cleans their sewers:

The New Delhi government is trying to implement pumping stations so that "sewer uncloggers" will no long be needed!!!!

Makes sense now when Trump said that "you'll be winning so much you're going to be sick of winning!"
CaaaaaaaNt wait !
Wait now ! You gotta watch MUH INSURRECTION instead !
And doesn't Jumanji get to vote or does she know what EPA means?
Every Police A-raycis?
That sounds about like the answer she would give. Thanks for the laugh.
Can't wait to see what Pelosi says about SCOTUS if this goes in our favor...
Shoot, maybe she'll even have a stroke. Here's hoping!

It is very....limiting.
