Nah. If you've been in this game for any time, just looking at that picture should raise dozens of red flags. It's so darn obvious.
There is virtually no way its not shopped. I would not even bother with it.

Looking at the geography of Epstein island, I think this photo is either fake or just some other island. There does not appear to be a vantage point for this view to be possible.
