There is a cure. It's called don't put so much crap into your body that makes it need to turn the detox systems up to 11.

I use ivermectin, bluebonnet super antioxidant blend, and dr Whitaker's Beyond D3. Works like a charm for me, my family, and my close friends.
It works if you take it as soon as you have symptoms. I was traveling without my supplements, and got a cold. By the time I got back, it was day #3 and the cold played out, despite the Zinc & Ivermectin. It was practice for my immune system though I forgot after 3 years how aggravating colds can be.

Pneumonia vaccines are legit. I got both bacterial and viral kinds after lengthy illnesses years ago, and I never had pneumonia again.
It’s the flavor-of-the-month flu vaccines that are suspect.
I got a pneumonia vaccine in the ICU after carbon monoxide poisoning. I'll never take a flu shot or a covid shot but that one makes me rest easier.
