Its a Federal crime for UPS to do it. They have no right to play the role of law enforcement by seizing product and destroying it.

USPS was made into an intelligence agency. They do a lot of snooping on the net

If they are doing it at the behest of federal agencies, then it would be directed towards them.

Though UPS still ends up bearing responsibility for cooperation, and now lose a lot of business as these stories will spread
