After reading the data points OP shared, OPs excitement is understandable, as is OPs belief that the data points are "important" contributions to current discussions of legitimacy.
I mean if true, yeah, but nothing is really changing yet because of it. SCOTUS is on a roll, though, whether this is a real confirmation or not, so I'm pretty happy these days.
