The military entered at the very moment Trump said "Today's ceremony, however, has very special meaning. Because today, we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another. Or from one party to another. But we are transferring power from Washington D.C. and giving it back to you, The People." Then, they left. Highly significant.
I was thinking this very thing when someone reposted that clip. I wonder if they can deputize him or whatever the word would be, to enact the Executive Orders that he did sign. That he did things in his official capacity during his regular term is something that made me question whether the military took over in 2016.
Due to devolution, Trump is still indeed the Commander In Chief (Prez) of not only the U.S. military but these United States.
