I thought so too so I looked it up. Only 79 people with the surname world wide... Mostly in Italy. I've never seen a count that low.

Lee Harvey Oswald = LHO = HOL = Hole in the head

Not that these people don't/didn't exist. Just that they could be targeted for MK Ultra style programming, due to their name being part of the ritual or joke.
