Correct. The 4 lower slabs have the following inscription in English, Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Swahili, and Hindi:

  1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
  2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
  3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
  4. Rule passion — faith — tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
  5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
  6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
  7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
  8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
  9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.
  10. Be not a cancer on the Earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature.

The top slab also has a separate inscription in Egyptian Hieroglyphs, Babylonian Cuneiform, Sanskrit, and Classical Greek. It reads:

  • In a world with personalized pronouns and rewriting the definition of 'justice' or 'vaccine', can you imagine one with a language dedicated to this type of garbage?

  • Your culture, your history, and your God need to take a back seat to the greater good.

  • When lefties talk about "fair" and "just", you know they mean anything but.

Damage was to the Hindi/Swahili column and the Babylonian bit on the top, from reading here and other forums. Seems to line up with the documented positions of things.
