I think I read it was the one with Hindi and Swahili lettering....

That said, I've been looking for an hour for info on this to verify and can't yet find this info again. From the video of the explosion (with the silver car driving away at the end), IF it was on the road to the north of the monument (which it appears to be), it looks like the east slab was destroyed.

Judging by the location of the ground level dedication stone nearby in pictures, the exploding pillar was the Swahili/Hindi translations.

In this pre-destruction picture, you can see where the ground tablet is, in relation to the pillars. (Swahili language visible on left pillar, Spanish on right, ground tablet in rear.)

In this post-destruction picture, you can see it was the front-right pillar that was destroyed if you're standing on the ground tablet.
