I think it all goes back to project looking glass and how everything is headed to a point in which they the DS/Cabal can't change. They started up Cern to try and change latter but they will continue fail because God wins, everytime.

I saw some information on this previously that made the assumption that 11.3 was the Roe v. Wade 113. Does seem to fit because a shit ton has happened since.

I think certain aspects of Covid got out of their hands, forcing them onto an accelerated timeline, one they couldn't be comfotable with, but now had no choice. Ever since, they have been pratically BEGGING for submission.
