Considering how the murder rate in Japan is so low, and how every week no matter where Conan goes, someone ends up getting killed and Conan his children friends have to investigate these gruesome murders. So if Conan comes to your town in Japan, you can be guaranteed that someone is gonna get killed. He's like a death magnet.

My only thing to add here is that, in the photo of Abe lying face up on the ground, remember that the stories (from a few hours ago) say he was shot in the back and neck. (my reading says he was hit twice.) Maybe no exit wound for the chest and the neck/nape wound might be bleeding downward? It just seems odd that people around him aren't already giving lifesaving measures/pressure, but everybody leaning back for a full view of Abe for photos. My hands would be already on someone, even a complete stranger.
