Hiroshima and Nagasaki are both modern large cities after having been nuked 70-something years ago. Makes you wonder if atomic bombs are real, considering the scare of fallout.
It's different kinds of bombs. A fission one is an explosive device that causes a fission reaction, liberating all the energy within the atoms in an instant major fireball (thermal energy liberation), shockwave ( kinetic energy) and an EMP (electromagnetic)
Dirty bombs are conventional explosives used to disperse as much radioactive material in the widest area possible. In this case, u/infidel440, it will be radioactive dust sticking to everything in the area and emmiting radiation in a slower pace, but being extremely dangerous to every person in the area.
A dirty bomb could make NYC uninhabitable for 25,000 years.
Don't tell the folks living in Hiroshima and Nagasaki ;)
Fallout radiation decays relatively quickly with time. Most areas become fairly safe for travel and decontamination after three to five weeks.

Dirty bombs emit many times less radiation than an actual nuclear warhead. In any event it's a short time, weeks, not eons
OMFG why'd he use wikipedia?!?!? - I don't have wikiphobia, a term I just invented for this sentence to describe irrational aversion to the site. It's fine for basic stuff like this and sports stats, movie data, etc., where there's no left-wing political bias ruining the reliability. Left-wing bias would skew this particular result HIGHER, toward multiple YEARS, not a few weeks.
This may be why "everything's taking so darn long".
If the cabal has a dirty bomb hidden away in NYC that could well be the reason for years of delay.
Time will tell. A dirty bomb could make NYC uninhabitable for 25,000 years.

Yeah, according to Japanese newspapers at the time they were some type of thermal scatter bombs.

I read that a nuke threat is what derailed the planned white hat operation to stop the SINauguration and keep the president in office
Never shall we know
I remember Simon Parkes saying that at the time... yeah I was listening to him lolz.
