I’ll get into details with links to studies in another post or perhaps in a free ebook that I’ll post a link to. Each one of these affects all of the others. If one is mismanaged, the others will compensate. The body is resilient and there’s is no need to obsess over these. However, if either is mismanaged too much for too long, the others will eventually fail to compensate which will result in “diseases” such as COVIDs/flus, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, literally every chronic illness. In such cases, it is absolutely important to (with minimal stress) obsess over all of these.
These are The Five Things:
-
Stage IV REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, the deep and restorative phase of sleep.
-
Inputs. This includes what you eat and don’t eat including chemical residues. It also includes regular and proper fasting and everything you inhale and absorb through your skin—almost all “skincare” and bathing products are poisonous—and mucous membranes like your eyes and in your mouth. Of course, this includes all drugs including pills and injections. Almost all of the food in the grocery store is poisonous. The only healthy food comes from organically managed farms, pasture-raised/grass-fed livestock, the wilderness, and the ocean. The healthy food you eat should be as raw as possible. Most seed oils, even organically produced ones, are poisonous when ingested especially after high temp cooking (like deep frying) but some are beneficial internally and topically. Fruit oils such as olive oil and avocado oil are best for cooking, if you must cook. If you must eat grains, they should be whole, organically grown, and sprouted.
-
Radiation. Direct sunlight exposure is critical for proper immune function. This is technically an input but so very important on its own. Microwaves, X-rays, and gamma rays are harmful. Some radio waves can be harmful, too. So is some nuclear radiation.
-
Stress. While long-term stress causes immunodeficiency and thus “diseases”, short-term stress can be protective as it prepares us to deal with challenges, mitigating long term stress.
-
High intensity interval training and/or strength training. It should hurt (but not injure) and you should push through it. No pain, no gain.
That’s it. As mentioned, I’ll go into detail with citations and links (or perhaps a free ebook) on a future date.
There is a sort of “prerequisite” that greatly enhances healing and disease prevention primarily via stress mitigation but also by providing a sense of purpose or meaning which causes one to thrive maximally:
Be your spirit conscience and not your flesh.

Now go and do the things.
Edit: Thanks for sticky, mods! Thou art gods. :)
Also, minor edit for clarity on seed oils (much more detail to follow) and added emphasis regarding the body’s resilience.
Edit 2: Wow the shillbots (with alts?) with random/obvious bot names are out in full force! Notice they offer nothing in their pseudo-rebuttals? Still, all feedback is greatly appreciated! As mentioned, I’ll provide much greater detail including links to rigorous scientific studies in a future post.
Again, another pseudo-rebuttal but this time with a straw man ensemble and you still haven’t offered anything. Very shilly.
Is every human a human?
Do some lions eat gazelle but other lions only eat bananas?
Do some cows eat grass, but other cows hunt down moose?
If humans are humans, then why would there be a radical ideal approach for different people? Wouldn't it be basically the same?
There could be some slight variations. Cows love to eat clover, but if none is available, they will eat what they can.
Lions who only have access to water buffalo will take down those larger animals, though if they had access to gazelle they might go after them instead (or vice versa).
That does not change the FUNDAMENTAL nature of what they each need to be healthy.
Why would that not be the same concept for humans?
Yet another straw man..
Shill or bot? Perhaps, a shill employing scripts and or bots?
If you are a shill, I’m curious what it pays and if the job fulfills you.
Again, not judging here. Just genuinely curious as you people/bots show up whenever someone speaks truth and science to the fascist Pharma idols.
I wouldn’t waste your time with this guy arguing at this particular level.
Another straw man! Shills never attack the actual argument with a logical counter argument. They instead make a similar sounding but easily assailable argument—the straw man—and assail it instead while pretending that they’ve succeeded. In effect, you’re arguing with yourself.
Ok. I’ll offer an example, then:
Severe epilepsy. Those with severe epilepsy—an many brain injury survivors—require a ketogenic diet to remain functional. I’ve met neurologists who have treated epileptic patients who would’ve died before early adulthood had their parents removed any and all carbs from their diet. I know of one who tragically lost her son from something he ate outside of the home that didn’t follow the guidelines despite saying it did.
Are you suggesting those who have to go keto for neurological disorders and some rare forms of diabetes only eat raw meat?
Do you mean had their parents not removed any and all carbs? Or, are you saying they required carbs, even though a keto diet is very low carbs? If you are saying they need some but none would be terrible, then on what basis do you make that claim?
I realize you are not responding to me, but are you suggesting that eating raw meat would not be of benefit?
I am saying the most extreme epileptics I’ve learned of couldn’t eat any carbs whatsoever. Doing so by accident killed the son of acquaintance.
Eating raw meat is not advisable, unless you are a dog or some other animal. See: mad cow disease, parasites, food poisoning, etc.
Gotcha. Agreed.
Disagree.
Humans are animals, and our digestive system suggests we should be eating meat -- yes, even raw, as early humans did (they had no other option).
Mad Cow Disease was caused by the toxic spray that was required by the UK government. The leather goods industry did not like the fact that a small insect was biting the cows and causing imperfections in the hides, so they got the UK gov. to enforce a spray on the cows to kill the insects. Problem was, it was a neurotoxin that got into the nerves and muscles of the animals, and caused them to lose control of their muscles, giving the appearance they had gone "mad." Nothing at all to do with what they ate. Farmers and ranchers who refused the spray did not have their animals behave in that way. Once the spray requirement was lifted, the problem went away.
Parasites might be a problem, but you would have to be more specific about what they might do and how they might get into the raw meat that has been cleanly processed, and what evidence you have. I doubt this is a problem, but simply yet another false claim to cause panic against eating meat raw.
Food poisoning can be a problem, but again you have to explain. It is almost always from cooked food, not raw.
A lot of what we are told about health and nutrion is not only wrong, but the opposite of truth.
I have been eating raw eggs just about every day for years now, and never a problem.
I have been eating raw liver on a regular basis, and although it does not taste like chocolate cake, no problems.
I don't eat a slab of raw meat because I don't find it appetizing. But when I cook a steak, I cook it bleu (seared on the outside, raw on the inside). Delicious and never a problem.
I drink raw milk. I did have a very nasty pain in my stomach and back once, and I think it was from a farmer who was not clean in his methods.
Other than that, no problems whatsoever eating/drinking raw animal foods.
