I've always found it curious why there's so many blacks in prison, keep the black neighbourhood in perpetual poverty, 24/7 mind fuck their community to be perpetual victims, push them to do crime.
More crime, more prisoners, more private prisons, more money to be made. Do the prisons get fed bux, too? Anyway, Tom Seyers, billionaire, and big donor to the Clintons.
