My forearms and upper back/neck look like discolored Swiss cheese from all the dozens of treatments...

At least you're alive. Genetics are a hell of a drug. My dad spent his entire youth outside shirtless and shoeless and he died in his 70s from kidney issues, no cancers ever.

Hopefully you stay healthy and with us :)
