I just think it was an in your face move...all these people are dirty but the Biden clan is in an especially filthy category. Evil loves to taunt and I think they think they are untouchable but pride goes before a fall.
Heartbreaking and infuriating reading what happened to the man's 49 year old brother. The hellspital murdered him just as surely as if they pointed a gun to his head and pulled the trigger.
