same here, but I also add in B12 1000mcg. This regimen is great. Thanks Dr. Z.
Wife works at WalMart and brought home Delta last year. She was out for almost 3 weeks. I got it, spiked a high fever with all the symptoms including loss of smell, and was out for 1.5 days. That was the first time I've actually taken a sick day in at least a decade, but the brain fog that first day was no joke. I didn't want to make a mistake that could lead to injuries or death (I do cyber at refineries).
Smell came back after just under 2 weeks, but I worked on that myself smelling things I know over and over to retrain my brain. She "tested" positive but I never took the PCR. I waited a couple of months and got the blood test for antibodies and they were pretty high. I won't take their q-tip tests or the vax, and thanks to the supplements and my antibodies even my doctor can't say I should take the vax. That's the only reason I took the antibody blood test - to keep him and my job from saying I need it.
I also got the bug about a year ago, never got tested. Just had fatigue. I was okay must of the time.
I still went to with, and on vacation to Florida and good ol Desantis made the regeneron free down there. My wife began feeling ill {and she's a hypochondriac} so I took her to get it. I figured I'd get it too.
I'm not a doctor, but that protocol you are using is a very good idea to protect yourself from covid, flu and the common cold as well as other health benefits
you'll get from it.
I take the same protocol (along with periodic ivermectin) also colloidal silver nasal spray, NAC, glutathione, boron, and few other things. High quality versions of C, D3 too, not just part of a cement pill typical multi-vitamin.
I used to get sick several times a year. I haven't been sick once for 2 years on this protocol and all of it came from information I got here on GAW.
Definitely will be looking into Fenbendazole now too.
I take quercitin, zinc, C and d3
I probably saw it here on this site before
