I take sleep aids. They help.
Melatonin and sleepytime tea for me. Going to restart strength training on Monday so that will probably help as well.
You should give the Vicks "restorative herbal sleep" pills a try. I stay away from melatonin, personally, and picked up these pills on a whim the other day. I've been impressed. I think its just valerian root, passion flower and hops, but man it's working good.
Hmm, I spend over 10 hours a day researching. I sleep like a log. The only thing I take (to combat "restless legs" and muscle cramps) is magnesium.
I have aids when I sleep too.😜
I go to sleep fine. 2-4 hours later my old ass gets up to pee. Never fails I start thinking about something... its always the same 3-4 unresolved problems in my life and boom I'm wide awake. So annoying. Ironically getting on this site etc usually calms my mind and lets me go back to sleep.
