There is no such thing as a " fire season ". It's man made. The terrorists have always been in our own back yard. Open borders and refu-jihadi programs just allowed for them to smuggle more militants in.

If it starts near a road it's likely arson. If it starts during a thunderstorm near a peak then it's likely natural. Natural ones do happen.
