I tend to agree with you. Sometimes the most obvious conclusion is the correct one.
Gas prices have been in the stratosphere and are only starting to come down a little the closer we get to mid-terms. Witless democrats are thankful to only be paying $4/gallon for gas instead of $5 which helps to shore up their base at least.
The most dangerous line of thinking to one who isn't Comms Aware.
Tell me, while are Lazy Yacht Gorilla NFTs, effectively digital images of gorillas, being purchased for hundreds of thousands of dollars? Are millionaires simply "dumb"? Why is it so important that the purchasers of those NFTs remain secret? What is the most obvious conclusion to this?
Well?
There are certain events that occur in this world that, upon coming across them, make absolutely zero sense to the rational mind. The aforementioned example forces the non-Comms Aware to reconcile that millionaires are simply, stupid, and throw tremendous amounts of money away.
Another example. "GEICO may have to pay $5.2 million to a woman who got an STD in an insured car". This headline makes no rational sense. It is instead, a Comm.
Per your example, people are always trying to work the system to their advantage. If they can commit insurance fraud for a big payout and get away with it, many will.
Years ago, people filed many lawsuits against McDonalds for making their coffee hot. When these people spilled it on themselves and got burned, they didn't take responsibility for their action, they saw the opportunity to get money from a major international corporation and took advantage of it.
Not everything is a comm.
