I think ALL patriots need to understand Devolution, at least to some degree. This would help to calm many fears for the future. Also, this would arm us w necessary 'ammo' to explain stuff.
Patel Patriot gave this guy, Burning Bright, a YUGE shout-out on his show, for his great writings. He did an amazing 7 pt series on Russia/Putin (n others) that I strongly recommend too.
Many patriots have stepped up to write some great articles, the future news writers!! Dev For Dummies is highly recommended for those, for whatever reason, haven't read Patel's Dev series yet. It's also good for normies. So, please share

Devolution for Dummies
The Most Important Covert Operation of Our Time-by Burning Bright
The following is meant to be a brief crack at explaining the brilliant (and highly likely) Devolution Theory to those of you who are either new to the idea, put off by it or confused by it.
If I have done my job by the end of this piece, you will find links to the world’s foremost citizen journalist expert on this topic, where I highly encourage you to look into his MUCH more detailed research on the subject.
Now. Without further ado.
What is Devolution, overall?...
Under what circumstances would Devolution be triggered?...
Under what authority can Devolution be actioned?...
If the President doesn’t hold power under Devolution, who does?...
What are the red lines that Devolution protects?...
Is there evidence that the United States Government has been Devolved?...
Will Devolution ever be officially acknowledged?...
Why allow the enemy to take the White House in the first place?...
Where can I learn more about Devolution?...

cgg Aug 4 Nicely done.
What I like about the Devolution theory is it is difficult to dismiss. The media tries very hard to create an air of crazy, but they are absolutely silent on this. But the official record is there and the EOs and PEADs, especially those written after the election in 2020 make no sense without it. What has been difficult though is to discuss it because of the complexity. This write up 'whets the appetite' to dig further.
A few points I will raise:
CoG/devolution, by definition, are not taking place in the context of normal functioning of government, but in wartime, and particularly in a scenario in which foreign powers have overthrown the legitimate government of the United States via a campaign of infiltration and irregular warfare. EO13961 makes this very clear, as the CoG plan that Trump lays out in that order draws on the President's wartime powers as its legal foundation.
In this context of wartime, the enemy controls the media nearly in its entirety, including many influential figures on our side (Fox News, Alex Jones, etc.), along with countless other influential institutions. They also have innumerable agents inside the government, many occupying elected office. The enemy is everywhere, and Trump is one of the only people in government who is acting for the people who elected him. Say what you will about the methods, but he is doing what has to be done.
Because the enemy controls the media, and thus has massive influence over public opinion and perception (critically important in irregular warfare), Trump and company had no option but to act covertly in order to avoid traps set by the enemy and avoid charges of committing a coup or insurrection. Devolution Part 12 lays this out especially well by highlighting the Transition Integrity Project, which was a set of wargames to set off a civil war in the US if Trump remained in office after 1/20/2021 for any reason. He ended up doing the one thing that no one expected (including the swamp; they were sure that he was going to legitimize their attempt at a color revolution by having the election corrected via some method or another): he left office peacefully.
Although Trump is off stage, the enemy is now attacking their own legitimacy and public image on a daily basis. Trump and company have basically turned their color revolution tactics against them. When Trump and co. do move to take them down, whenever that is and whatever form that takes, it will be with an overwhelming majority of the public behind them. Devolution safeguards the core functions of the government while this process takes place.
Devolution is an extreme measure, I agree with you, but it was and is necessary due to the circumstances of the war we are fighting and the widespreadness of the enemy. It is part of a much larger plan to get the people to take back the country themselves. In that sense, it is not at all authoritarian.
And the fact that Biden hasn't been issuing EOs to reverse lots of the standing orders in place speaks volumes. Senate is still compromised but the White House seems on board with the WH plan. House is all over the place. Not easy to control that - too diverse (herding cats). I think the House role will be changed over to WH 'control by the voters this November. This is OUR role (one of them) in all of this - we need to treat our part with all the importance it requires. (and a big SHOUT OUT to the Patriots who watched the polls and tabulation throughout AZ last week. Great Job!)
joe even renewed one of those powerful EOs
Great points. Thanks for taking the time to enumerate them.
Happy to help, fren!
