It's just so weird that natural selection would choose to create an identical Castro doppleganger, with a 50 year timelag, inside a woman who was Havana party with Fidel at the same time.

Yes Dr Mary's Monkey is something that needs more attention, I first learned about it at the beginning of muh pandemic... I surmise that the secret keeping in the federal government, including NIH and CDC, goes all the way back to these sordid affairs in the 1950s and 1960s. Could explain why say, Nixon's first act in office was declaring the "war on cancer" (they knew what was coming via simeon cancer causing viruses in polio shots).
And also could possibly explain WHY Fauci is such a freaking highly paid, overstayed-his-welcome good ol' boy, mis-managing these crises. Quite probably Fauci knows about all this history, and sure as hell must be compensated nicely for keeping his mouth shut. And allowed to take the reigns of every subsequent "viral outbreak" so that the policies and responses are most importantly protective of the age old secrets going back decades.
That would explain why everything seemed so deliberately mismanaged, if there were other bigger concerns than Covid-19 they're dancing around.
