Fort Indiantown Gap is an odd choice. It’s in a sparsely populated area near Lebanon, PA, just off I-81. It is the headquarters of the PA National Guard and is a busy training center and has a very busy Army airfield.
Why would the NG need to pay outsiders to carry on a training exercise? That just makes no sense whatsoever.
We know how these training exercises work. They always need to have enough players on the field to make for good optics with the MSM that will somehow be coincidentally on site and ready to roll when the director drops the action command.
