Disparate methods of tracking and poor inter-state communication would only open us up to opportunistic attacks, foreign and domestic.

I hope they haven't forgotten the ATF. But then, the ATF shouldn't be "rebuilt." It needs to be destroyed.
ATF is nothing but an infringement on our rights, and always has been. IMO, FDR was one of the greatest overt traitors in our country's history.
It's almost time to form a new govt per the constitution.
