The Chief of the MSU Police had to take his complaints directly to Bill Schuette who was the AG of Michigan at the time. If the AG office hadnt picked up the charges Nassar would have walked.

You have no one in house competent enough to do the job — despite the enormous amount of taxpayers funds — so you have to “outsource.”
The result is what we now face — a flipping FUBAR system of ballot counting in which FUBAR is a feature, not a bug.
