I thought Brave was better than safari/chrome, but WOW is Yandex good. Only issue is asks to convert things to RU, or mostly shows RU websites, but it’s fast and doesn’t direct you to what the DS wants you to find.

are you talking about the actual Yandex browser or the Yandex search engine ?
Their Browser can be configured to use other languages under settings/system.
If you use your regular browser (eg Brave) then you can set it's default search engine to Yandex.eu for english results.
Yandex app
that's fine for a phone, but us "big screeners" prefer a desktop behind a firewall and inside a VPN tunnel.
Yandex is good. There's IP & domain issues in Europe still in effect due to UKR/RU sanctions but nothing a VPN doesn't fix.
Yes. I check jewgle, ddg, and yandex when searching.
I've used Yandex search engine now for a couple years, with great success for digging.
I use DuckDuckGo for just random product searches (valuing property to sell).
I do.
To conduct a full search it is important to use multiple search engines. Most of the American search engines are all compromised and filter results accordingly. If I need to do a deep dive, I conduct multiple searches on multiple search engines and browsers. Changing your IP origin via VPN also provides different results as most search engines focus results on your IP location.
I have found this to be a good standard of practice. There is not a perfect browser, perfect search engine, and perfect location to search from. Changing these up creates more diversity in results and thus a greater perspective for discernment.
I'm not sure about https://freespoke.com/ what are your thoughts on it?
I've been using yandex for years.
It’s advertised on Fakebook, so it may be a honeypot.
