The syntax and the use of language is remarkable. Trump, when he wants to, uses perfect punctuation. It is very effective.

No doubt. I'm not sure there is such a thing as perfect punctuation, but Trump is quite the wordsmith. This is one of his more glittering examples of persuasion mixed with naked trolling.
