Was gonna post this myself but wisely looked through all the posts first. The only significance for that Jan 20th day is for inaugurations of presidents. Charlie should know that.
Section 1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.
January 3rd is the day a new Congress convenes. Why is he saying January 20th? Is Charlie Kirk unaware of that?

Edit: Just saying Liz Cheney will be out on January 3rd, 2023 at noon.

I came here to write that as well, but thought I'd check to see if anyone else had already done so.
Upvoting you and the other guy that also came here to say it too.
Thought about this a little longer. This can only be true if one of three things happen:
Or,
Or,
My problem is I don’t see Charlie Kirk as enough of an insider to know any of these things. Maybe I’m wrong?
