If I understood correctly, tictoc runs most of its code as scripts, if part of a script was a function as keylogger, then each time the script is in memory it will send the data as long as it's called.
Cookes are part, but they can run javascript to do background work.
Keystrokes would not be much data at all, it could be saved, or sent with each click...

Your keystrokes are not "that much data." Everything the average person types in a day can be sent in seconds or less.
