It still intrigues me how the entire force of the DS turned on Donald Trump as soon as he announced his candidacy. It’s like they already knew he would get the nomination and how he would govern before Republican voters had a chance to evaluate him. Look at this trip, it was months before he wrapped up the nomination.
True. How did they know how wildly popular he would be? Or what his policies and agenda would be? Seems to me they were under the same directive they are now ---- they cannot lose, whatever it takes.
I'm not sure they realized how popular he would be. But they did fear they couldn't control him, had no blackmail on him. His business tenacity, His views easily available online and were consistent throughout his long life. I was on board as soon as I saw the real Trump in Rona Barrett interview as a much younger man and also saw him exhibit his the rough and tumble New Yorker take no prisoners side. He loved boxing, chess and America.
Good point. Maybe the black hats in intelligence/military knew he had the backing of the white hats in intelligence/military and could undo any cheating for the Hildabeast they attempted and would bring down their house of cards eventually? As in, NCSWIC?
At least that's Ted Cruz's excuse, he said it in his podcast back in 2020 that Trump won because the media gave him billions of dollars worth of free publicity because they thought Hillary would defeat him most easily.
The Media talking heads were CONVINCED he would sabotage the Republican's chances, and actively pushed his nomination. That is, until he started gaining steam, so they had to pivot to "Hillary has this in the bag" and after that, we know how it turned out. They turned their collective hate onto him the moment he won because they never thought she would lose. Until then he was a joke to them.
Have you seen that she and Chelsea have a new 🍎tv+ series called Gutsy? They are going around talking to a bunch of liberal women about their bravery and power. OMG it's a cheesefest.🤮
Don’t forget about the time Obama dug into Trump at the White House Correspondents dinner. They knew he was a threat. If you want to go farther than that, you could argue that Biff in Back to the Future was also a Trump roast. Trump has been preparing for a long time.

Maybe they saw the inevitable results in Project Looking Glass?

"They never thought she would lose." They thought bringing Trump into the election would guarantee their victory. That was my impression at least.
Hillarys pied piper strategy

Election night 2016 was glorious victory
