Pfizer already KNOWS they will be sued out of existence.
However... if Pfizer only has a few assets, a small office and a tiny bit of cash... then you can't really recover anything.
All of their assets will have been transferred to the new company, Haleon... which is an independent company and has NO ties to Pfizer (means they can't be sued). All of the Pfizer executives will be given stock in Haleon i.p.o. their Pfizer stock.
Essentially, they KNOW a major class action lawsuit is coming. Pfizer is busy moving their assets to another company, protecting their executives and making sure they have NOTHING left. No lawyers will spend time suing a company that has nothing but rental office space and some old lab equipment.
Isn't there some kind of a ' 2 year lookback' on transferring assets like.this in cases of suits? I remember something to this effect and maybe Pfizer and j&j are starting the clocks and hoping for JB to quash records.for a long as possible.
It's not possible that it's that easy, and people would just shrug and say "well, they created a new company so..."
The only way there's going to be ANY justice at all anyway is with the fabled military tribunals we want so much, and I doubt if this scummy tactic will help them much there.
Sue the officers personally.

You don't get to dodge mass murder.
