A "DRG" is a sabotage and reconnaissance group. It's a highly mobile special forces unit. Members of the unit could be mostly Ukrainian, or they could combine forces from several nations.
I have no idea what a "GUR" is... but obviously in this case the G & R probably stand for Group and Reconnaissance.
GUR is Ukrainian intelligence.
