I just wonder how involved Trump is with the music chosen. "Proud to be an American" and "In the Navy"...er..."YMCA" are songs he probably is familiar with. But it's possible he isn't familiar with these Q songs. Heck, most people on this Q site don't know of them. I just think they may have run without his direct involvement. We'll have a little more to go on if the same songs keep getting played on his later appearances.
I forgot about his TV stuff. All it would take was 30 sec for him to ask what songs are going to be played and when. He knows marketing and visuals. And I read that he was very involved with the lighting for interviews he did at Mar A Lago.
Yes .... and timing. This was deliberate, not an accident. Note his message with the music as the score ....
The only time I saw this done was during a presentation a couple of weeks ago, and it was a total disasters, as the music was way too loud and the presenters voice too weak.
No, in this case, and I hope those present also heard it, the music carried his voice, his message.

Probably has to approve everything at the least, and remember, he has quite the history in TV production (Miss USA, Apprentice)

Pretty sure he insists on hearing YMCA all the time, so it wouldn't be a stretch to assume that he knows what's being played and it's implications
