Who was actually a hero on 9/11? We owe this man a debt which never can be repaid.

I imagine there is some kind of no waiting, VIP entry at the pearly gates for this man who saved so many lives.
Badass warriors have an express aisle at the gate.
This is a true legend on and off of the battlefield. Rick Rescorla was a hero in Vietnam during the November 1965 Battle of the Ia Drang. He brought the same courage to NY on 9/11.
Thanks for sharing that. Great story.
We have so many wonderful angels right here with us. This man is definitely an angel.
What a beautiful quote to his wife. You made my life!”
Tears.
Now THAT is a hero!! He is with God forever!! Greater love hath no man!!

RIP Rick (Hard Corps) Rescorla
When Mel Gibson made the movie "We Were Soldiers Once" he didn't include Rescorla in the film. I always wondered why. After reading the book it became clear Lieutenant Rescorla needs an entire movie just for him. I hope Mel or some other producer/director will give this serious consideration. He deserves it.
Never forget what he and many us others did.
one of the few good to come out of europe. no wonder he became an american.
