The only reason why Ukraine is even perceived to be gaining any ground in the war is that Putin has his kid gloves on. He is being as gentle as he can with Ukraine to preserve as much human life as possible. If Putin took the gloves off, and went full Blitzkrieg, Ukraine would fall under complete Russian control in under 24 hours. This would of course entail untold loss of life and cataclysmic destruction, which is why Putin is going slow and steady.
...that is changing....
You are correct, sir ( with a little of the late Phil Hartman there).
On July 7, in a session with Duma leaders and party factions heads, Putin said:
"Today we hear that they want to defeat us on the battlefield. Well, what can I say? Let them try. We have already heard a lot about the West wanting to fight us ”to the last Ukrainian.“ This is a tragedy for the Ukrainian people, but that seems to be where it is going. But everyone should know that, by and large, we have not started anything in earnest yet."
To me, that says a lot. I believe Russia has put an end to the "soft war" special military operation and now will usher in a massive military operation.
This is the FIRST time Russia has hit electrical infrastructure. This was all planned. Russia pulled their troops back to a river and within 2 weeks, that river will not be able to be passed. They were moved (air lifted) out and have joined troops along the newly gained territories. Where is the majority of the Ukraine military compared to this line. Hundreds of miles away. They are stuck in no man’s land. How were the Ukraine military and equipment moved around Ukraine? By train. What do trains in Ukraine run on? Electricity. What about the roads? How can they move their heavy equipment and military around with hardly any fuel and become sitting ducks on ANY roads. Do they have the heavy haulage trucks to haul that number of tanks etc? So you have the major part of the Ukraine Nazis stuck around Kharkiv with equipment they cannot move due to little or no fuel. And if they restore electricity?? What do you think Russia will do?
...you have a firm grasp of the situational reality....
Ukraine's gain? That's what I saw on the news, so I immediately thought it wasn't true.
...Russia has made a strategic drawback and of course it is being portrayed as a massive Ukrainian advancement....
It was no strategic drawback. Visually confirmed, they left dozens of tanks, artillery and rocket systems. Most men on the front line could not escape the encirclement are now POWs.
You don't suffer those types of losses strategically.
Russian sources on Telegram are enraged by this.
...that is true, but it was brought about by the command decision to only use a limited troop force in a SMO instead of a full personal commitment...
...the Russians paid for this miscalculation and are moving to correct it...
...they realized how over-extended they were and chose to draw back, so technically, this was a strategic move albeit a costly one....
He was [caught] masturbating in an online call with who was a supposedly a 15 yr old. Ritter states he didn't believe she was 15, because one had to be over 18 to use the online sevice. Turns out it was a cop, over the age of 18, who was entrapping him. (((they))) have been after him for years because he says things (((they))) don't like.
While I don't condone pedos, I do believe that masturbating is not a crime that can hurt anyone, especially in an online situation.
Furthermore, I think entrapment is pretty evil.
Scott Ritter the kiddie diddler.
I've brought this up before when people quote him here. The guy is a disgrace. He writes for RT because, other than providing unabashed propaganda, he is of no use to anyone.
He was writing articles back in March on RT, breathlessly speaking about the brilliance of Russian command and saying the total collapse of Ukrainian resistance was weeks or even days away.
