KC3 has yet to be crowned, so he's an acting Monarch until sometime in 2h23. The last time a monarch tried to marry a divorcee it ended in an abdication, their own rules don't allow it.

It looks like the Firm has been grooming William and Kate for a few years now.
Can they pull off King William or have they lost the farm?

I heard the the 'kingon' is the only particle faster than light. When the old monarch dies,the new monarch becomes King/Queen instantly, no matter where they are.
