The mother of one of my best friends was an attorney for over 25 years for McDonald's. She named her three boys Sean, Michael and Jeff. Yes, they were all Black. She said she'd be damned if any of them would lose out on a job because of the name on their resume. She also raised them right and knew they would Ace any job interview. An entire family of conservative patriots.
She's a smart woman. Also, let it be said, if I find any typo on the resume, it goes to the bottom of the stack.

I do that with job listings. If there is a typo and it's not a listing for an editor/proofreader, I move along.
2.1% seems like a margin of error.
For the non-United States audience, some examples:
D'Wayne (Bates)
Ta'Quan (Roberson)
K'neesha (Maddox)
Di'Asia (Davis)
I loved the old Key and Peele show and their names of black college football players. S'nackle McCrackleberry
...ya mean they're just normal people who happen to be black?
Absolute insanity!!!
