I know this is off topic, and I'm sorry for that, but I don't know where to look for an answer.
I won't go into the details since it's personal, but the short and private version is, a family member of mine has a medical condition where she has recurring UTI's. There is a solution, but it involves surgery, and she doesn't want to have surgery right now with everything else going on. Mainly out of fear that the hospital will do something shady to her (like jab her against her will while she's under), assuming they would even let her have surgery without being jabbed in the first place.
Obviously I and the rest of our family have tried finding a solution for the medium term, but so far nothing seems to work for more than a week or two at most. And any "non mainstream" methods are undoubtedly being censored like HCQ and Ivermectin. So here I am, doing something I hate and asking for help and advice on a private matter from the only people I know that may have an actual answer.
So any advice? I've seen a few people mention that certain doses of Ivermectin may help, but I can't get anything concrete on that. Literally any help would be greatly appreciated since we're at our wits end.
EDIT: We know the exact cause of it, and we know why it keeps recurring. The problem is that the only permanent/long term treatment in this specific case involves surgery. Hence, we're looking for a medium term solution to treat symptoms and keep it from recurring until all this crazy medical cabal crap is over with.
cranberry juice or cranberry supplements daily...lo-dose antibiotic until cleared out...just my suggestions, also, raw and unfiltered honey at bedtime, and consider another spoonful noontime...must be raw and unfiltered, use daily...good luck!
Frequent UTIs can be caused by many things. For example, improper wiping can introduce bacteria into the urethra.
A friend of mine had a wife who had the problem. After discussing some of their basic life routines, we found the problem. She would take a bath after he had showered. Normally that’s not a problem, but he was a construction worker who wore heavy boots at work all day long. He had developed a bad case of athlete’s foot.
The bacteria from his feet were being transferred to her as she sat in the tube while it was filling with water. Once he dealt with the athlete’s foot she never had a case of UTI again.
Before surgery I would try to eliminate all the possible mechanical exposures of bacteria first. UTIs are most frequently caused by bacteria entering the bladder through the urethra.
Good luck.
She could have other underlying problems that are causing the UTI. The UTI may be a symptom of kidney, bladder or urethra problems. She needs to see a Dr imo, if they mention vax proof or negative test proof, you can always leave.
I just had surgery on my hand and was never asked about my vax status or even said they wanted a negative test. I almost didn't go have my surgery for the same reason. Dr's know not everyone is going to get it.
Juniper berry helps
The common ones are bicarbonate of soda..I think americans call it baking soda? One spoonful three times a day for two weeks to alkaline the body.
D-Mannose ..it can be cos the body is too acidic so try to cut down acidic foods and more alkaline. To have frequent sitz baths with some bicarbonate in ..but rinse clear water after about twenty minutes. To rinse after peeing is a good idea.
Apple cider vinegar also alkalines
Edgar cayce had some remedies..one involving making a tea from melon seeds after drying them and blitzing into a powder then using a spoonful in hot water has been found beneficial.
Have a ?look online for his remedies
Visit an osteopath or chiropractor..it can be a misalignment. Acupuncture can work too. Online Google accupressure points for bladder problems and follow directions.
Sure there will be lots more suggestions coming
Do not take antibiotics. They are made from mold and fungi and can even kill you..they will be no help at all
Vit c magnesium and vit d will all help
Silver. Drink Silver. monocoloidal (sp ?) Silver. Keeps UTI's at bay. Every day. No taste, no reactions no nothing just no UTI.
Besides taking colloidal silver by spoonful, also buy the gel version and squirt some on you hand and cover the entire vaginal region. It will be gone in a couple of days. The version I get is ACS200 Silver gel Extra Strength from amazon 25 bucks but it lasts for ever. You can use it for sunburn also. It might stain the underwear so wear black while using.
1 Tbs. Of Apple Cider Vinegar with “The Mother” every day.
I had this problem in my early 20's. I haven't had anymore in the last 40 years if that tells you anything. The last one I had was so- - - - - - - BAD that it didn't just stop there but infected the lower half of my body; intestines and all. I got some strong antibiotics for this but the best advice I ever got was from my first Primary Care Doctor. He said, "Mary, if you don't quit doing these things, you're going to keep getting these things." These are what he told me to QUIT doing.
Don't wear tight fitting jeans, pants, shorts. Quit douching. A woman has a natural way of her body cleansing itself; like a self cleaning oven. Wear only Cotton Crotch underwear so it can breath. At that time we had pastel colored toilet paper, DO NOT USE. Use white only. And he told me to drink a lot of water or perhaps a 'small' bottle of beer when I felt as if I needed flushed out. Hold it as long as possible, then go to bathroom. Follow with a glass of water. I haven't had any problems like I said and now I'm 62 years old. Hope this helps.
Cranberry and sanitation. I breed dogs (not comparing your female relative to a dog, but UTI’s are common in young female canines). From about week 3, the hairs by the uretha are trimmed to prevent bacteria buildup in the area and once they start eating, I include a cranberry supplement in their food.
“ Cranberries (usually as cranberry juice) have been used to prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Cranberries contain a substance that can prevent bacteria from sticking on the walls of the bladder. This may help prevent bladder and other UTIs.”
cranberry and if caused by e-coli (or not), d-mannose https://nutritionj.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12937-022-00769-x#:~:text=D%2Dmannose%2C%20a%20monosaccharide%20naturally,a%20prophylaxis%20for%20recurrent%20UTIs.
D-Mannose is great; it has kept me from having to take antibiotics even with a severe infection. It should be used during an ACTIVE infection. For PREVENTION, horsetail works wonders. My sister was prescribed lifetime daily antibiotics for her frequent UTIs and I suggested horsetail. She started taking one a day for three weeks, then off one week (may inhibit B1 absorption) and has not had an infection since. Not medical advice, just sharing my experience.

Like others have said here, cranberry juice every day should help. I think most UTI's are due to moisture issues. Bacteria will not grow in a clean / dry environment.
Women develop issues with urine incontinence after having children. The bladder gets pushed around, gets detached from its original position. Some women go in for bladder stapling to resolve this issue.
This is why you see women cross their legs when they sneeze or cough, trying to prevent peeing themselves. I work with a bunch of nurses, I see it often, I just snicker to myself.
Women who refuse surgery and just live with the urine drip, often wear pads to catch the urine. This can create a wet environment for bacteria to grow. That area needs to stay dry and clean, open it up to the wind.
Taking supplements that build your immune system also is advisable. Honey, vitamin C, elderberry, camu camu, certain mushrooms, ect. You can find all of these in powder form and add it to a smoothie each day
If your friend has type 2 diabetes, excess sugar is being excreted in her urine. This sugar can increase the chances of UTI's as well, it is food for the bacteria. Have her look at her urine in the toilet bowl after she urinates. If it is cloudy its usually a sign of excess sugar being removed through the kidneys. Your urine should be yellow and crystal clear. Losing some weight and taking apple cider vinegar every day can reverse type 2 diabetes.
I use Bragg's apple cider, couple tablespoon's per day. It must be diluted; it will burn if you drink it straight. I mix it in a warm glass of water with some lemon juice (1/2 lemon), some honey and a teaspoon of red pepper powder. It warms you up real good. The pepper powder helps control your cholesterol and over time help reduce arterial plaque reducing chances of heart attack.
Anyway, good luck, hope your friend gets well soon.
I've had a handful over the years, more so in the past few. I've usually just increased my fluid intake (water), up to 2 gallons per day to flush it out on its own (I also stay very hydrate normally with 1 gallon of water per day). For what it's worth though I started listening to hertz frequencies/ binaural beats about a year ago to help with stress/anxiety/love/gratitude, etc. About 4 mo ago I started feeling a UTI coming on, couldn't sleep, unbearable pain; I had a thought to search online for UTI hertz relief and ended up finding links like below and that same night within minutes experienced relief and was able to sleep soundly. I listened for a couple more days (still drank fluids) and it was gone. It sounds like the person you mentioned has more of an underlying issue to address, but perhaps these tones could alleviate some pain they're experiencing when a UTI occurs?

at the first sign of one start on d-mannose. It's over the counter. It was my doctors suggestions and works! (Unless there's another unknown medical cause in play here)
This works for me, too.
Two excellent websites for this condition which includes homeopathic treatments.

D-mannose and unfiltered, unsweetened cranberry juice.
Please note I'm not a medical professional, but then I have little respect for what is known as medical $cience these days. Avoiding surgery unless absolutely necessary and all remedies have been exhausted is essential in these dark times.
I had trouble with repeated UTI's. I gave up sugar save for a small amount on special occasions like holidays and was told to use D-mannose + unfiltered, unsweetened cranberry juice. You can find the remedy on most natural cure sites. Be prepared to do a thorough search as most browsers make you work to find info not approved by Big Pharma and its medical minions. I've forgotten the exact amounts. Worked like a charm.
Prayers for your friend to heal from this condition and avoid surgery...and hospitals in general.
NOTE: Here's a link for a powder version. Might be more cost effective if it works:https://feelgoodnatural.com/shop/aor-brand/aor-cleanses/uti-cleanse-d-mannose-cranberry-powder-55g/?v=7516fd43adaa&c=e6574c964bd7
If she has any sexual partners, they must all be treated with the same antibiotic/other treatment as she is at the same time!
Some people can carry the bacteria but show no symptoms, causing a continual reinfection of the susceptible partner if they are sexually active. All parties must be treated!
This may be the crux of her issues.
However, if there is no sexual partner at all, then she must look to diet, hygiene and 'personal activities'.
Some backdoor 'play' can be the culprit to spreading germs from the back into the front. Avoid!
If you're looking for Ivermectin, you can buy it online at Ivermectin.com. No prescription needed.
