We've had an awful lot of solar flares in the past few weeks, and I think the Shemitah will be this weekend. On top of everything else, September and October are statistically the most likely times for stock market crashes, and we're overdue for this one. No stocks or bonds for me right now.
Also, don't tell anyone, but if the currency is devalued and replaced with new bills, governments never replace the coins. The currency goes down, but the coins suddenly go up in purchasing power. So I have a crapload of coins put away.
