That’s what I immediately thought when I first saw this post late last night, definitely a letdown when I realized it wasn’t that.
*I don’t think we will see public/private partnerships being forced to open their research to the public because if that happens you will bankrupt good and bad players. I don’t think the plan includes bankrupting a million companies with the result being a massive depression.

At this point, I would be willing to make exceptions for good players. If we made a list of them...wait, is it possible to make a list of good corporations that hold patents that were funded off the backs of tax paying citizen's? Is there even a such thing?
Now do the same with all publicly funded patents.

Though, nothing would surprise me at this point.

Probably not, but if there’s only one,, even more of a reason to protect their ass.
