yeah you're just missing the 8 and 7 lol I don't know about other sites, but the one I use, publicdata.com, doesn't list Delaware states. But it has Texas and I wear that thing out!! I once sent a guy a gift off his & his wife's baby registry, a wooden A, and explained in the note it was an A for the Asshole he was on the freeway. I tell people all the time you wouldn't BELIEVE all you can find out about someone from a license plate.
