The domain "files.catbox.moe" is starting to increasingly become blacklisted by DNS providers - this may be your problem (like me).
If you're on mobile, you can try switching over to mobile data and use your mobile provider's DNS (ATT confirmed working).
For desktop or home wifi, you'll have to manually change DNS settings in your router or use a workaround (like TOR or a proxy site). This one seems to work well
I switched over to a new machine/OS recently and I was using Firefox's DNS over HTTPS service (I believe they use Cloudflare?) for about 3-4 weeks and now I cannot reach "files.catbox.moe" either.
Quad9 is my home DNS provider and they started blocking files.catbox.moe last year. I sent them a support email about it and they gave me multiple reasons why they were blocking it. I accepted defeat (Quad9 is good for other reasons) and just used a workaround instead. Out of the blue about 4-6 weeks later, Quad9 unblocked files.catbox.moe (for about a year or so) and I had been using it up until 4-6 weeks ago, when they started blocking it yet again :(
Catbox.moe admin has an FAQ posted about DNS providers saying he knows DNS will block the site and to figure it out yourself (a workaround or other DNS provider). I don't believe he'll be of much help.
No problem. I turned off the Brave private window TOR browsing and just use the full client, but for something like getting around DNS, it works great.
no playing for me - link?

Thank you for TOR tip. Worked fine.
This is first instance I've experienced with "files.catbox.moe" not working in Brave.

I went straight to the full client as well when I saw the others having problems.
Big tyrants big mad about a mere litterbox
Did you go to the little dots on the right lower side? Took me a minute to figure it out, then I saw the little dots and downloaded it.
