What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
My MRI on my brain came back normal. It's a sigh of relief, especially with my family's history of brain tumors. This has to stem from my neck muscles, nerves, and TMJ. Maybe a chiropractor would help. Acupuncture is nice, but it's out-of-pocket. :(
Anyway, I'm glad it's not a tooomah.
Good news. I never found acupuncture effective. Recently got a back stretcher which is great; cheap and good at resetting the spine, very relaxing.
I've wanted an inversion table for some time, but never have the space for it.
I need a traction device for my neck again. It always felt so good!
This is quite small, can be easily stowed away: Pro11 Wellbeing 3rd Generation Design Posture Plus Corrector and Back Pain Relief Stretcher, check it out :)
That’s great. The unknown can be hard on a person. So glad you got good news.
Thank you!!
I am so happy for you! Praise the Lord! If you can find a local natural path that practices Dr. mortar - B.E.S.T. Practices, you may actually find some relief. I’ve been doing it for years. I had a list the length of my arm when I started going there, 3/4 of those issues have been remedied!
Here’s a link for you to read how it works. Disregard the initial disclaimer regarding Covid protocol.

This is the doctor that I go to, he’s kind of created his own type of protocol, and it’s done wonders for me. Just scan through all the information, and you’ll get an idea of how it works. It’s changed my life tremendously. And yes it is out of pocket, but it’s worth every dime.
