What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Thank you! I've heard that term on Mystery Science Theater and have had no idea what it was! They reference so much stuff.
I need a nice and slow workout, if I can make myself take it slow. I tend to focus on quantity and not quality.;)
