Just like asshole customers, ignore and move on. As a buisness owner, that is what I do. Way to many non assholes out there to be cordial with. Just like keeping an asshole bite dog in a shelter. You are just taking up space that could be used to save numerous non asshole dogs ( many of which don't make it because there's an asshole taking up space)
They are well deserved. I'm reminded of Roy's final solilquy (sp?) in Bladerunner, I don't think I would have the temperament to deal with angry man-children all day :)
