He's a businessman. He'll act like he doesn't want a property he wants to buy, so he gets a better deal on it.
If Q is real, he could have stated that fact out loud years ago, but decided to be coy about it.
If Trump bumbled around telling the absolute truth to anyone who asked at all times, he would have actually been ripped apart by the MSM long ago.
Q was vey explicit that we should watch Twitter for that tweet, it's not insignificant.
If Trump is reinstated on Twitter, all eyes will be on what his first, and perhaps only tweet back is. Even moreso than a post on Truth.

While these statements could be correct, they are as of yet, still conjecture.
The mainstream media literally did nothing but shit on Trump for four straight years. I'm seriously doubtful that it could have been much worse on that front.
