Yeah, that was a woman, named Michelle Kosinski from the Today show. She's shown paddling a canoe in Wayne NJ, in an area that floods frequently, near the Passaic River, and two guys wearing waders stroll right past her carrying grocery bags. It's still on youtube, and is as funny now as when it occurred.
I think the news room guy mentioned something jokingly about them walking on water.
