My favorite was a former manager type telling me "im worried about your kids, you should get vaxxed."
To which I said, "I am also worried abput my kids, which is why none of us are getting vaxxed."
Our business has not had quite as many queries into staff vaccination status and why we have a no mask policy for about 3 months. It's basically stopped entirely. We never had a policy of vaccination or masking and no employee missed a day due to sickness the entire time.
Our competitors forced vaccination on employees, vax cards and masks on customers. Their business has tanked. They even changed their services to limit the scope of their work to avoid the virus. All of those decisions crushed their bottom line and their employees have a high turn over rate.
We managed to stay open, expand, open another business and our credit has exploded upwards. Our employees have shared in the wealth, averaging $40/hr.
^^^This is how it's done. If you are smart and able to maintain your business capital, you can demolish your competitors and take over their businesses. Killer instinct with a little bit of "righteous warrior" is the way, imo.

Eyes glaze over subject changes.
Dont miss that job. 😉
It is like they're another species. I find them all to be dull, non thinkers. Even my own family, unfortunately.
omg so true. They just lifted the mask mandate where I work and I know shit is going to hit the fan with the nutters.

Nice work! What type of business?
My cats dig this one.
Call a dog, he comes to you. Call a cat and it goes straight to voicemail.
The cat knows.
The cats always know.
That's actually pretty funny. I miss Gary Larson doing The Far Side. He was always using animals, and it was a riot.
He was great. If you haven't read, " There a Hair in my Dirt," check it out🐸
He's back! He's got a website. He reposts old but also does new.
Cool. You have a link? Thanks.
