“Why don’t they indict Hunter, it’s black and white. They’ve got the goods on him. So then we can have people say, OK fine. And then we’ll have Merrick Garland say I believe in equality under the law so we did XYZ to Hunter Biden and now we’ll do XYZ to Donald Trump. I think this is a complete setup. I think Hunter Biden is small potatoes.” Mark Kevin
I usually research through what Mark states as I’m skeptical, him being a Fox News guy. But tonight he made a powerful point on Hannity that even GWP is taking into account (full article below).
Us Anons know that the rule to live by in this war with the Cabal is what ever they say, they do the opposite in a small or large/stupid way, or nothing significant comes up. But Mark stating the FBI may be gaming for Trump on his business or documents more than Hunter using this “tax fraud” and “gun charge” against Hunter to in turn go arrest Trump is a possibility.
I hope nothing happens to Trump. And the Patriots are countering everything and burying them with their own crap. But all signs point that the Cabal is down to their last 1-2 moves on the chess board. And they’re going to go out with a blood curdling scream and very big bang. So heads stay on that swivel Anons. But no matter what they do, We Will Win my frens. And Where We Go One We Go All, together with God.
Ok, so far, I've work 1100hrs overtime this year. So I have zero time for much digging or remembrance of what I've read. I try keeping up on the rare switch from days to nightshift. Thanks for the memory jog!
Eleven hundred hours?!
That's over three hours of extra work, working every single day of the year! No days off!
What the fuck kind of job do you HAVE?!
Chemical industry. And you're right, not a damn day off. Starting to relax now. We have gotten two trainees fully qualified.
Just a guess - medical in nature. 12 hour shifts are common and so are six-day weeks in places severely short handed.
I don’t wanna tell you how to live your life so I’m not going to but I’m really curious about your situation. Why do you work 1100hrs of overtime?
Short handed at work. Several people left the company due to vax mandate threats. Some retired, some found other employment. We had several really bad events this year that required extensive repairs. And some due to a lack of raw material availability. Im in the chemical industry. 12 hour rotating shift can build the overtime hours quick. Believe me, I'm exhausted.
Looks like you need a nice bump in pay for sticking around and keeping the company going.
I'd be happy getting rid of the "Karen" leadership. Her motto is no woman can do wrong, no man can do right!
My guess: $$$
Im curious. My view is if you are working that much OT for the need of money; you’re either underpaid and they would need to be revalued in order to work a normal range, you’re living beyond your means, you’re bored and like to work(don’t complain) or you/the company are inefficient in the 40 hour window.
OT should not be a constant, year over year for an employee. It should be cyclical and things needs to corrected; add employees, improve process, etc. I assume this anon is an employee, business owners don’t call their time “OT”.
OP indicated they work shift work - narrow it down to what types of jobs work shifts around the clock. Why do they work around the clock? Some of those types of jobs have minimum staffing levels (Medical fields, emergency response, things of that nature.) By law, some of those types of positions have mandatory call back for staffing. I'll give an example - half the Fire department out sick - other half has to take up the slack. Here's another: traveling nurses sign up for contracts to work temporarily to fill severely short handed hospitals - they work 12-hour days, 6 days a week, for a month (my example based on talking to one of these nurses recently). The hospital is still required to pay them OT for hours worked over 40 so she was getting 33 hours of OT every week while doing the traveling nurse thing. Not everyone is on a 40-hour work week. I know someone that was working on-call disaster relief - they might not get activated for months, but when they do, they wind up working 7-days a week, 12 to 14 hours a day so the majority of their time is actually overtime. Same holds true for Forestry service fire-fighters that only work seasonal - some of those people make 60-80k a year working for 4 months.
