Spent way too much time in the sun in my long past youth. Have had lots of skin cancers - eight surgeries for basal cell and squamous cell. Melanoma, oddly is easy to get rid of with DMSO. For me all three types respond very well to treatment with DMSO. Takes them away fairly quickly - in a matter of months or in some cases weeks. In the roof of the mouth - not sure how one would apply DMSO there. Don't know anything about taking DMSO internally.
Also have been taking both Ivermectin and Fenbendazole for a couple of years on their regular recommended dosage schedules.
Also am finding that for me a pure carnivore way of living is accelerating healing throughout my body. I recommend it. Look into Dr. Anthony Chaffee (neuro surgeon) on YT.
Also I eat one meal a day. Recommend that too. The meal is all the meat and eggs I want to eat and some cheese.
I would like to add that there are a lot of people that go strict carnivore when facing cancer. I’ve seen a lot of interviews on YT ( I know I know). Dr.Chaffee is a good one to start with. I went Carnivore a couple months before my Dad passed from bladder cancer. He had done fenbendazole and tried to eat “healthy”. I regret not finding out about carnivore earlier and having him try it. We do believe the fenbendazole slowed down the cancer.
I have a lot of muscle mass and my FitBit says I burn about 4-5k calories a day without exercising, so it is actually hard for me to restrict foods without having serious digestive issues.
However, I have tried carnivore 4 times for just 2 weeks at a time and 3 of those times it instantly cured my infertility (first Child IFV, last 3, carnivore) and I had so much energy and sexual stamina and I actually started having an impulsive, strong facial tick I had from ADHD when I was a kid and hated eating bread and rice.
I recommend it to anyone, but especially if you are a male, get a FitBit or other accurate heart monitoring device and track your calories, at first at least, to make sure you are not eating less than you should. Burning 4k calories a day on the low end and being told by drs and online calculators that I should eat 2k calories a day almost killed me.
Also, I wish I could stay on the carnivore diet but I tried a high calorie carnie diet and it gave me stomach issues because it's hard to eat that much mass (maybe because I have a concave chest bone that pushes my stomach in, maybe because I digest slowly), but I find limited high calorie, low mass carbs mixed with some incredibly high protein and fat have helped my overall health and weight loss goals.
That said, I think if I had cancer, I would take the stomach issues I personally have, alongside the carnivore diet, just to make sure I'm getting the healing benefits. Some think those benefits are from cutting out junk and eating meat and fat, which, while potentially comprised as well, is less so than all the other poison we ingest and can more easily be purchased from a clean source.

Forgot about DMSO would have mentioned that too.
All good stuff. Carnivore is definitely the way to be. I like carbs too much to be strict about it but meat eggs and cheese are life
